REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, PARTNER SALES

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and energetic International Regional Sales Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will also coordinate and facilitate the expansion of our business partners and clients. You will have the experience and dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for developing new long-term relationships with new customers and partners you will acquire.  You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Job Description:

  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients or partners.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the partners’ sales channel.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in B2B International Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
  • Strong account/channel management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience of supporting major and global accounts at head office level.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Readiness to travel.
  • Knowing the ICT industry.
  • Languages: mandatory fluent in English, fluency in German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage.

CHANNEL MANAGER, PARTNER SALES

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and energetic Channel Manager who will support indirect sales through partners, Resellers, Value Added Resellers and System Integrators to ensure long-term success of our customers. Together with our Regional Sales Managers you will facilitate the expansion of our business partners and clients. You will have the experience and dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with partners.  You will liaise between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Job Description:

  • Planning, coordination and harmonization of Partner program (Partner Program Benefits and Obligations, Contracts, Extranet, Configuration Tool, Product Lifecycle notifications, Training etc).
  • Internal and external introductions of Partner Program.
  • Single point of contact for Partner Support.
  • Presales and Business development support to Sales Representatives (lead generation, lead distribution, market prioritization, opportunity detection etc)
  • Presentations of Partner Process to potential Partners through (NDA, Contract, Access to Extranet, Benefits & Obligations, Training & Certification, Offer handling, Cooperation fund consumption, Test/Demo equipment etc).
  • Multi-channel management and resolution of eventual channel conflicts.
  • Full Coverage of Partner program deliverables (Partner certification level, Lists of certified employees, Cooperation Fund management, Test/Demo equipment, Partner discounts, Commercial terms etc).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in international B2B, experience in Sales support is an advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, “hunting” and business development oriented person.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Accurate and closing oriented person.
  • Readiness for occasional travels.
  • Knowing the ICT industry.
  • Knowing Business support tools (CRM, ERP etc).
  • Education: BSc or MSc in technology or economics.
  • Languages: mandatory fluent in English; fluency in German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage.

  • Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Readiness to travel.
