The registered name of the company
In compliance with articles 34 and 35 of the Value-Added Tax Act and article 63 of the Rules on the implementation of the Value-Added Tax Act, we inform you that the name of the company entered in the register of companies is:

We therefore ask you to use precisely this name (the commas are a constituent part of the name) in:
- all issued documents (invoices, orders, debit notes, etc.)
- all received documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.)
An inaccurate address or any other inaccuracy in the documents is in breach of the VAT Act.
The use of the company's name
The use of the official – registered – name of the company applies only to official documents when communicating with outside institutions, i.e., contracts, payment transactions etc. (the reason being the introduction of VAT).
In all other instances, for both internal use as well as for external communication (e.g., articles), the name Iskratel is used, which is a noun of masculine gender and is declined as such.
The name of the parent company is always written:
- in the Latin alphabet (never in Cyrillic alphabet!),
- with an upper-case initial letter
- and the other letters in lower case.
No other form of the name is allowed in texts.
