First line support (FLS)
First Line Support (FLS) means the performance of regular daily management and/or maintenance of the equipment, usually performed by the corresponding business function of the customer. The major advantage for the customer is the fact that it can concentrate on selling its services to end users and not expend its energy on equipment maintenance. Tasks performed by Iskratel’s FLS service include:
Administration:
- Administration of the system-user database
- Administration of the equipment database
- Preparation of the data for the invoicing of services
- Traffic measurements and statistics
Maintenance:
- Troubleshooting
- Periodic inspections of the operation of individual parts of the equipment
- Alarm management
