Iskratel training courses are intended for the technical staff responsible for all kind of tasks in its daily routine. Iskratel organizes training courses for customers’ support during installation, regular system operation, maintenance and the provision of services. Customized training courses are available for technical or support staff of all levels, including those without a technical background.
Iskratel provides a variety of expertise, from the basic to the advanced, necessary for the introduction of new technologies.
Iskratel's training programs include the standard program, dedicated program and on-site training.
Standard program
Standard training courses are organized in the Training Centers of the Iskratel Group. They cover standard topics referring to Iskratel’s product portfolio, and their duration is fixed. Iskratel also organizes general courses on technologies (e.g., xDSL, MGCP, and SIP). For more information on training courses, see the Training Centre Catalogue.
Customized training
The service includes:
- Training courses organized at the Iskratel Training Center.
- Active involvement of the customer in program preparation and organization of the course.
- A top level of expertise.
- A program that is customized to the customer’s requirements
- Small groups – up to maximum of 10 participants
- The provision of answers to customer’s questions
- Customer decision on the scope of the practical work performed during training course.
Only the whole training course can be booked, individual participants cannot be accepted.
On-site training
The service includes:
- On-site training
- A top level of expertise.
- Use of equipment that will later be used on site
- Customized program to match the customer’s requirements
- The provision of answers to customer’s questions
