The SI3000 Notification Server (NS) service offers the operator the possibility to notify users about certain events and/or a user’s status, advertise new products, etc. It provides the operator with a rich set of features, an intuitive and efficient voice user interface, and offers numerous configuration and notification options.
The notification is provided by a voice message delivered to the user by an ordinary call.
The Notification Server enables the operator to generate a large number of simultaneous notification calls. The notification scenario, the users and the time of the notification-call activation can be administratively defined.

The SI3000 NS system’s business logic is based on VoiceXML technology and is implemented in Java, both of which give the system a number of advantages in terms of scalability, flexibility, and configurability, as well as performance adaptation or customization options.
The solution is deployed on a standard industrial server or on the Iskratel SI3000 MSCN cost-efficient hardware.
The service is designed as one of the add-on services of the SI3000 Application Server (AS) platform. The platform structure gives the operator the possibility to offer several different services at the same time, the use of common resources and data, unique access to management and defined reliability.
