The GSM-R system, together with the dispatching system and all other components, has received the operating permit issued by the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Railway Transport. The GSM-R system is built by the Iskratel & GH Holding Consortium, in which Iskratel is the leading partner.

Iskratel has been named finalist for Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) Innovation Award for its vIMS solution at the World Communication Awards (WCA) 2017. The WCA event, organized by a leading Telco publication and event organizer Total Telecom, was held in London, England, November 29.

Iskratel’s complete GSM-R solution, including the dispatching system, received a renowned EC certificate of conformity verification of all integrated components with the international EIRENE specifications for the communications systems used in railways networks.
