Iskratel signs strategic partnership with Melbye Skandinavia, one of the leading player in sale of equipment to the utilities and broadband companies in all Scandinavian countries.
July 2010 - Melbye Skandinavia AS will take a further step to become a leading supplier of telecommunications solutions and has initiated cooperation with Iskratel. Iskratel has more than 50 years experience in development and manufacture of integrated solutions for the telecommunication networks and is among the world's leading suppliers in the area.
The focus of Melbye is to offer innovative, quality - and customized solutions for fiber to the home networks. Part of the extensive product portfolio from Iskratel, will be launched this fall and fits perfectly with the other active and passive components Melbye offers. This includes the InnBox CPE family and SI3000 Lumia products.
With a new technical support organization for active solutions, Melbye will be able to deliver complete solutions, standard or custom made. This also includes solutions that are compatible with existing systems.
Melbye is very pleased to offer the market complete system solutions for the FTTH segment. Melbye companies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark have recently experienced a huge growth in telecom segment. Technical expertise has been developed over the years to serve this customer segment and they looking forward to be able to offer customers a stronger portfolio.
