Iskratel's Programs

Iskratel makes two programs available for operators large and small, providing easy customisation of software, GUI and physical design.

Innbox Constructor is an easy-to-use web tool that lets operators customise Iskratel's CPE by themselves.
Turnkey SW on Demand is a per-project endeavour allowing complex customisations on any CPE, performed by Iskratel's R&D and support teams.

Both programs provide operators with CPE, tailored to their specific business and technical needs. Customised CPE allows instant, plug-and-play operation, provides the services immediately, and is accessible by operator's management system the moment it is connected at customer premises. No further configuration is required neither by end users nor by operators, which dramatically reduces operators' operating costs, the number of helpdesk calls and truck rolls.

Innbox Constructor

Iskratel's unique Innbox Constructor is a DIY portal that lets operators prepare their own distribution and specific configuration autonomously. The operators can modify and customise the default settings for plug-and-play operation, user rights and menu availability, GUI languages, and visuals such as colours and logo.

During the process, operators immediately see the results of modifications. After less than an hour, operators can easily clone the custom configuration to thousands of CPE devices per day.

Turnkey SW on Demand

Operators that require complex adaptations are served with Turnkey SWoD. Performed on a per-project basis, R&D services are provided following operators' specific technical requirements.

Turnkey SWoD is applicable for either Iskratel's Innbox CPE or 3rd-party CPE.

The project may include additional services, such as maintenance, support, SLA, testing, training, and integration.

Physical design can be modified as well, supporting operators' efforts to provide consistent user experience, and to promote recognition of their brands among their customers.
